How to order

tldr; Read TOS. Fill out Form, wait for answer. Agree to price quote. Reserve a slot. Wait the usual time (about 9-12 months) Get a contract, pay the full sum. Work starts. Your piece gets finished. Happyness.

This is a summary on how to order kigurumis and fursuits from me. This does not apply to illustrational pieces or other types of commissions.

Usually for Kigurumis, twice a year I will open so called „slots“ which reserve a space in my working queue. During a period of 2-3 days I open an application form which customers can fill out. The exact dates for these will be published on my various social media pages.

For Fursuits, I have a list I work through and as soon as I reach the last customer I will open Slots again. Due to fursuits being less predictable, this is the way I currently deal with this. ( In 2024). The rest of the process is similar.

The first step is to fill out the application form and give me either a description or a character sheet, along with any additional details or extras you’d like to include. Make sure to leave a way for me to contact you! (Either email, telegram or any social media platform I currently use)

After the slot opening time is over, I will go through all applications and reach out to discuss further details with you such as style, how it might fit with my build process to give you the best result, and communicate the final estimated price. If you accept this offer, you can either reserve a guaranteed slot or get a flexible slot. Applying does not instantly guarantee a slot, as I usually have more applications than slots.

Reserving a slot

All Slots I give away for the next opening time are reserved with a small fee (50-100€) which is later deduced from the final price. ( so no, you are not paying anything extra). There is a certain time frame in which you can cancel the reservation and get your money back, (usually 3-6 months) this is stated within your slot confirmation. After this time frame, if you cancel you won’t get the deposit back, but you can still cancel the slot if no work has been started. Important: Due to some recent problems I will now have to take a photo of your ID with the reservation fee. Your Data will not be shared and you can censor everything that is not needed.

You can be put on the waiting list if you are interested in a slot and do not want to reserve – if somebody suddenly cancels their order, I might get back to people from that list, but I can never predict how long you might wait or if that even happens, so there is no guaranteed slot for you.

There’s also an additional option to be pulled into an earlier timeslot if someone else cancels at the last minute. Since this usually involves instant payment, I will ask each customer if they are interested in moving ahead in certain circumstances.

Payment & Contract

Since slots are reserved/planned in advance, I make contracts about 3 months before work is started. Payment is due once the contract is signed. Only after we both signed the contract we have a work agreement. I will only start working on a piece once the full sum has been paid.

If you applied for a slot and have gotten an estimated price, you can also have a look into my sample contract, to see the exact details, before making any decisions. This is always an option, my contracts are not a secret.

Process of creation

Before I start working, the customer gets either photos or samples for color and fur choices or if they are able to, they can visit my workshop and have a custom fitting. As soon as I start working, customers are updated once a week or at least every 14 days.

Updates include mostly photos of the current status or descriptions if there aren’t any photos to show. During this time customers may ask for tiny changes or are even asked things like „Which size for this do you prefer?“ etc. I try to include my customers in the process. You are always able to intervene if you do not like something. I prefer having customers rather tell me in the process and we can find a solution together, than them being unhappy with their piece.

Once a piece is finished, it will either be sent or preferably collected by the customer. Bringing certain items to conventions is also possible.
